Hi! I’m Megan, a Product Designer with a background in business.

A little bit of my story:

For the past 6+ years I’ve dedicated my career to both B2B software sales and an entrepreneurial endeavor of growing a women’s digital community (scaled from 50 to 21,000 members!).

As an Account Executive I spent countless hours understanding how enterprise users navigate complex softwares, working with others to translate technical features into valuable tools. In the digital community, I dedicated my time to listening to the genuine needs of our members (often finding my own experiences mirrored in theirs) in order to create an online space where they could feel seen and supported.

What I’ve realized through these experiences is that my true strength and passion isn’t in selling solutions, it’s creating them.

The most impactful wins tend to come from a desire to continuously unpack the why behind things. My hope as a UX Designer is to do more transformative work, bringing big ideas to life and rethinking complex systems into easeful human experiences.

As it turns out, Account Executives & UX Designers have a lot in common. Check out my Kano Analysis of transferrable skills.
